LOL, in the small thumbnail it looks like he's holding a big huge coner spliff, the steam wafting over to the left looks like smoke he just exhaled and the steam coming off the pancakes looks like it's coming off the lit end of the spliff! First thing I thought was HOLY SHIT that thing is massive, then I clicked on it and realized it was pancakes
