Apart from the wonderful colours here, I really like how the face seems so solid in contrast to the hand which is almost translucent. The shoulder is somewhere in between, almost in the realm of real and partly in ethereal. I hope that made sense, it's hard to put into words. Your picture has many dimensions to it is all. Oh did I mention the fact that I really like it alot
I write you because I wanted to use fluorescent colours for bodypaint as well. My only problem is that I don"t know if these fluorescent pigments are toxic for the skin or not? Can it cause allergic reactions? How long did the model wear the paint? Did she feel anything bad after cleaning? What did you use: Water based fluopaint or pigment mixed with water?
Beautiful photo and subject matter. The colors look great, very nice body painting. And the negative space only adds to the focus of the photo. Almost like she is opening up to the light shining on her. Great concept and it is executed so nicely.
